We currently deliver orders within South Africa.
Delivery availability may vary depending on the product and your location. Some remote or outlying areas may require additional delivery time.
Processing Time
Orders are generally processed within 1–3 business days after payment has been successfully received.
Please note that orders placed on weekends or public holidays will begin processing on the next business day.
During busy periods, promotions, or holidays, processing may take slightly longer.
Delivery Times
Estimated delivery times are:
- Major cities and metropolitan areas: 3–7 business days
- Regional areas: 5–10 business days
- Remote or outlying areas: 7–14 business days

Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address, the products in your order, and the applicable shipping method.
From time to time, we may offer free shipping promotions or discounted delivery.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, we will provide tracking information where available.
Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to become active after your order has been dispatched.
If you have not received tracking information within a reasonable period, please contact our customer support team.
Incorrect Delivery Information

If an order is returned because an incorrect or incomplete address was provided, additional shipping charges may apply before the order can be sent again.
Damaged Packages

If your item has been damaged during delivery, contact us as soon as possible and provide photographs of the damaged packaging and product. This will help us investigate the matter and determine the appropriate solution.
